Tobias is a graduate in cultural studies and works as a life coach and trainer with 20 years of experience in techniques of awareness raising and personal development. Many of them come from ancient cultures. Tobias translates these wisdom teachings into our times and adapts them to the needs of the modern western world. In this way we can connect with our inner strength in everyday life and become more resistant to stress. This can be the beginning of a journey to more (self) awareness and harmony in life.
